MyTime Subprocessor List

What is a Subprocessor?
Subprocessors are third-party businesses engaged by Melian Labs Inc. dba MyTime (“MyTime”) to deliver MyTime Services that process and may have access to personal data (“Subprocessors”). According to the GDPR and local data protection laws, these businesses are also individually responsible for complying with the applicable statutory standards and safeguards concerning the treatment and protection of personal data. This includes implementing mandatory safeguards and measures.
MyTime currently uses third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, customer support, communication tools, payment processing and contract management.
Due Diligence
MyTime uses commercially reasonable efforts to evaluate the data protection, security and confidentiality policies and practices of Subprocessors, and requires Subprocessors to comply with the level of data protection required by applicable laws, which may include, but is not limited to, the following requirements:
- Use personal data only for MyTime to provide its services (including necessary Subprocessor services), and not process personal data for any other purpose;
- Handle and maintain personal data in compliance with all applicable data privacy and protection laws, rules, and regulations;
- Comply with obligations as required by all applicable data privacy and protection laws, rules, and regulations;
- Immediately notify MyTime about any actual or potential security breach affecting personal data processed on behalf of MyTime;
- Assist and support MyTime in dealing with requests from governmental authorities, data controllers, data subjects or data protection authorities, as applicable.

| Data Dog (server monitoring) | Provides analytics for Application Performance Monitoring (APM). Trap errors in production code and helps in troubleshooting. Captures incoming traffic for Performance monitoring. | United States |

As MyTime continues to grow and evolve, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will endeavour to update this page to include any new Subprocessors to the extent required by applicable data protection laws.
